At Bare Steel Equipment, we stand by the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping crate or box, ensuring all hardware and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your provided return shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the package, removing or covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
